From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the most adorable and friendly Chiropractic assistant. Angie was amazing at calming my nervousness about coming in. Dr Marcus Bertolero is absolutely amazing. In explaining what he was going to do and how that was going to help the pain I’m experiencing in my body. I am beyond excited to continue treatments with Dr B. My experience with Step Up Chiropractic was completely WONDERFUL. And I will recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I’ve had sharp lower back pain that would flare up after running for long distances that would force me to stop running from intense pain. A buddy of mines recommended Dr. B a while back but my stubbornness kept putting it off as I just need to train harder. At 30 years old, I never expected that a visit to a chiropractor would benefit me. However, I was completely wrong after my first ever chiro visit. Had a sore back and needed an adjustment. Was able to get a quick apt within a couple of hours. Still sore from the manipulation but on the road to recovery. Office was professional and friendly. Would recommend.

I have never been to a chiropractor before so I had some apprehensions. When my husband came home and shared how he felt so good because Dr B identified all tight spots and was able to get them to pop, I decided my neck could use some of that too. Dr. B is young and knowledgeable. He also is tall and fit, which makes him more credible because to me, if a doctor promotes the value of wellness, joint health, being in túne with your body, and feeling good, then I am more likely to have confidence in his professional capabilities.

First of all, I need to give a shout out to the two friendly receptionists that assisted with the necessary pre-admin forms and scheduling . Thereafter Dr B’s approach to assessing your pain symptoms and then addressing the cause(s) with careful adjustments was not rushed and I appreciated the traction machine treatment for my back too. As a visitor to Hawaii I also appreciated that the practice squeezed me into their busy schedule so that I could enjoy my vacation - on 3 occasions.

I’ve been to two sessions so far everything is going well. As soon as i show up to the appointment they get me started right away. The girls at the front are really great. Dr. B really helped me to understand what’s going on with my tmj better. I went to two other doctors before him that didn’t know how to help.

This place is AWESOME! I threw my back out on the plane at the start of my birthday vacation. Had to cancel a luau and other events. I was in pain and in tears thinking my vacation was ruined! The MINUTE I walked in, all my pain magically went away. I jokingly said the carpets must be healing carpet. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, kind, fun and just a great energy. Maybe THEY are the magic energy that healed my back?!? lol. They even gave me a suggested list of restaurants to visit while I'm in town. Very accommodating.
